• Affiliate Dashboard: Once you create your account, you’ll be taken to your affiliate dashboard. Here, you can access your unique referral link and track your performance.
• Referral Link: When someone clicks your link, a 30-day cookie is placed in their browser. If they make a purchase within those 30 days, you get credited for the sale.
• Commission: You’ll earn a 20% commission on every sale made through your referral link.
• Payouts: Commissions are paid via PayPal on the 15th of the month for any sales made in the previous month.

The Quiz Creator Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

By signing up to be an Affiliate in The Quiz Creator Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

2. Affiliate Program Enrollment

To enroll in the Program, you must be a current Quiz Creator customer. 

3. Commissions

Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on each sale that is made through their unique referral link. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are tracked through our referral system and indicate the affiliate’s referral link. A commission will not be earned if affiliates use their affiliate link for their own purchases.

4. Payouts

Payouts are made via PayPal on the 15th of the month for sales made in the previous month. You must have a valid PayPal account to receive commissions. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will need to create one to receive payment.

5. Cookie Duration

When someone clicks your referral link, a cookie is placed in their browser for 30 days. If they make a purchase within those 30 days, you will be credited for the sale. If at any time they click your referral link again, the 30 days will start from that point on.

6. Affiliate Links

You will be provided with a unique referral link through your affiliate dashboard. You may use these links on your website, social media, emails, or other channels.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or messages.
• False Advertising: Making false or misleading claims about The Quiz Creator.
• Cookie Stuffing: Using tracking cookies not approved by us.
• Inappropriate Content: Promoting the program on websites that contain offensive or illegal content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for conduct we deem harmful to The Quiz Creator. 

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Liability

The Quiz Creator will not be liable for any damages (indirect, special, or consequential) resulting from the use of or inability to use our affiliate program.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hawaii.
