Launch strategically and not on a whim

You’ve been avoiding launching because all you hear is how exhausting, draining, and stressful a launch can be. But you know what's more exhausting than that? Pretending you aren't launching, yet still going through the motions, only for it to end in disappointment instead of celebration. A launch doesn't have to be all of those things. It can be an extension of what you already do - just more strategic!

Create something you feel confident selling

You are serving up a ton of free value for your audience and they are eating it up! But how do you go from free to paid? You create something to sell that you feel as confident in as you feel about your free resources! People buy results. This means you need to be 100% confident in your offer's ability to produce the promised result or you won't be able to sell it the way you "sell" your free stuff. 

Establish yourself as an Expert

I am so proud of you for showing up and connecting with your audience on a personal level. But you have to know that it doesn't stop there. If you want to get out of the friend zone, the "you inspire me so much" zone, then you have to establish yourself as an expert in your industry! Get intentional and start sharing content that establishes you as an authority in your industry! 

Diversify your product suite

It's time you started meeting your audience where they're at. How many prospective clients have you had to turn away because you didn't have an offer that could serve them? A diverse product suite meets them at different points of the journey, with different levels of support and at different price points. Ditch the 1:1 practice and build a business that you can scale!

If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Showing up is half the battle. The other half is having the strategy that will convert your audience to clients. *To make the money and impact you want to create, you can no longer show up and leave the rest to chance. It's time to figure out the components of your strategy!
